“Conference Fees with Accommodation” for delegates include three days’ breakfasts, lunches, dinner and accommodation, in addition to scientific sessions, coffee breaks, conference programme and conference bag. After March 20, 2018, you can not benefit from this kind of participation. A total of 100 rooms have been reserved from the hotels for this kind of participation. Thus, participation with accommodation is limited with the number of rooms.
“Conference Fees” for delegates include scientific sessions, coffee breaks, one day lunches, conference programme and conference bag.
If there are guests of our participants from Turkey Besides participation fee of £ 450 (double room) and $ 500 (single room) fee payment is required. For example, if a participant who registers for a double room wants to come with his / her guest, it costs 950TL + 450TL (double room) = 1400 TL.(0-6 age 1 child is free. Children aged 7-12 years are charged 50%.)
The fees do not cover visa, insurance, transfer to conference venue and tours.

“Delegate participants” can present one or two paper(s) for oral and/or poster presentations.
VAT is included in the registration fees.
Cancellation Policy
VAT is included in the registration fees.
Refund requests must be submitted in written and must be received by the conference organizers before March 20, 2018. Refund requests after March 20, 2018 can not be accepted.
